OLY.AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including all Limited Use requirements.

We only access Google Workspace data strictly for providing core OLY.AI product functionality (e.g., analysis, reporting, automation). We do not transfer Google Workspace data to external applications except as required to provide the service you request.

4. AI Transparency and Model Training
We process user data, including QuickBooks data, uploaded documents, and Google Workspace data, to generate outputs using AI systems. This processing is limited to delivering OLY.AI features such as analysis, reporting, forecasting, and automation.

Model Training Disclosure

- We do not use your Google Workspace data to train generalized AI models.
- We do not use any customer-provided business data to train generalized, publicly available AI models.
- Certain metadata and system-usage patterns may be used internally to improve product performance, reliability, and safety. This data is aggregated and de-identified.

We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, or contractual requirements.
